This package is recommended for those building a custom home or for those who want to see each space as it will look finished. We will create showhome-worthy spaces with some added custom elements that make your home stand out from the rest!

The Deluxe Package includes:

• Design Consultation & Follow-ups with Lead Designer
• 2D Elevation Drawings for each room that contains millwork
• 3D Elevation Drawings for three rooms of your choice
• Furniture Plotting
• Electrical & Plumbing Elevations
• Reflective Ceiling Plan to plot lighting
• 2D Cabinetry renderings
• Interior Concept Board Presentations
• Exterior Concept Board Presentations
• Individual "Options" Boards which include multiple options for lighting,
  plumbing fixtures, hardware, tile, feature walls & paint colours.
• In-store shopping for Appliances, Fireplaces, Countertop material. Client is welcome to join Designer for additional shopping trips for tile, lighting and plumbing fixtures.
• *Builder’s Binder including list of all selected materials, specifications, and working drawings. *read below to see what is included*.
• 6-8 site visits.
• Help with furniture selection.

*Builder’s Binder includes:

1. Finishing Plan - all finishing materials and specifications will be documented
   in a binder to hand over to your builder.
2. Printed Specifications - for appliances, fireplace, lighting fixtures and
   plumbing fixtures.
3. Construction Plan - includes Millwork and markers for Millwork elevations and
   plumbing.
4. Power and Communication Plan - Electrical plan indicating outlets for electrical and wireless communications.
5. Reflected Ceiling Plan: Client will get to see where all lighting will be
   placed. An accompanying legend will be provided along with switching. This plan will also include ceiling details like coves or exposed beams.
6. Furniture Plan: This plan is helpful for visualizing the size of furniture in
   relation to your space.
