Is a designer really necessary?
Absolutely! Unless you've been through the build process before, most clients have no idea how much work is involved in designing a home. Designers always have the end result in mind and can envision spaces in 3D before any structures are even erect. Beyond seeing the big picture, a designer can also be your voice of reason knowing where to splurge and where to save. What stage should I hire a designer?
A Designer can be brought in at any stage but it's always best to get in touch with your Designer as soon as possible. Designers can foresee costly design features and awkward elements of design. For new builds, bringing your designer on to help right from Architectural Plans is always best. Most of our work is completed before framing even begins!
Do you offer levels of design service?
Yes! Every client has different design needs and requires a designer at various stages of a project. Check out my Services to learn about the various Design Packages I offer!
What if I don't
know what my style is?
No problem! I know the right questions to ask to figure out which style is best for you. Social Media outlets like Pintrest and Instagram are a great way to start saving ideas of the things you like. I can get a really good idea of your style by just looking at what you're drawn to. I also want to give you a space that's uniquely yours so don't get too hung up on trying to achieve a particular style.
