The Showhome Package Includes:

• Design consultation & correspondence with Lead Designer.
• 2D millwork drawings.
• 3D drawing for one room of your choice.
• Reflective Ceiling Plans to plot lighting.
• Interior Concept Board Presentations.
• Exterior Concept Board Presentations.
• In-store shopping for Appliances, Fireplaces, Countertop Material. Client is welcome to join Designer for additional shopping trips for tile, lighting and plumbing fixtures.
• *Builder’s Binder including list of all selected materials, specifications, and
  partial working drawings. *read below to see what is included*.
• 6-8 site visits.
• Photography at completion.

*Builder’s Binder includes:

1. Finishing Plan - all finishing materials will be documented in a binder to hand
   over to your builder
2. Printed Specifications - for appliances, fireplace, lighting fixtures and
   plumbing fixtures
3. Construction Plan - includes Millwork and markers for Millwork elevations and plumbing elevations
4. Reflected Ceiling Plan: Client will get to see where all lighting will be placed. An accompanying legend will be provided along with switching. This plan will also include ceiling details like coves or exposed beams.
