The Commercial Package:

1. Design consultation and correspondence with Lead Designer throughout project.
2. Shopping for all interior finishing materials. Designer is available for a consult on some Exterior Finishes as well.
3. Finishes Plan
4. Construction Plan
5. Electrical Plan including RCP & Switching plans. This plan will also include ceiling details like coves or exposed beams.
6. Power & Communication Plan
7. Builder's Binder - materials will be documented in a binder and presented to builder.
8. Construction Plan - includes Millwork and markers for Millwork elevation.
